Brighton and Hove Safeguarding Partnership (BHSCP), are aware that in the current “lockdown” situation that issues of Safeguarding continue.

Those who suffer Domestic Abuse, both the adults and the children who live in a household where they are witnessing someone they love being hurt or abused, all need to know they can still find help and support.

If you live next door to a family and see or hear something that concerns you, you should call and ask advice, don’t assume that someone else will do something. It is better to have two calls than NO call at all.

Call the Front Door for Families – 01723 290400 or in an emergency call 999 (on a mobile press 55 – if you can’t talk).

The Government have released “You are not Alone” campaign to signpost where help can be found.
