There is also more help for families with babies, look into the ICON project and the help and support it can offer.

It is also important that staff working in a safeguarding role look after themselves.

Please don’t neglect your own health and well being.

Take time to look after yourself, you will not be there to help that child or family if you make yourself ill.

Each partner agency will have support services that you can use to ask advice and provide advice on now to stay well.

Make sure you know how to find them and make use of the help offered.
