Brighton and Hove Safeguarding Children Partnership have recently undertaken an audit.

Child Sexual Abuse within the Family Environment.

Therefore, all staff should take the time to read this short report.

As a result we ask that it is shared in both team meetings and supervision sessions.

Child Sexual Abuse continues to happen.

Therefore anything we can do do to improve both practice and support is really important.

There is also a review being made of the training offer and a working group.

This will focus on the learning from the audit and recent case reviews, making sure that the training offer incorporates this.
