This online course aims to challenge professional thinking, values and beliefs that exist around children and young people with special educational needs and Disability. The training will highlight specific risk factors and enable participants to understand the signs and indicators associated with safeguarding children with additional needs.

Who can attend this course?

This multi-agency training, ran by the East Sussex Safeguarding Children Partnership, can be accessed by any professional (paid or voluntary) who works with children and families in Brighton & Hove, whether on a regular basis or within a ‘drop-in’ environment.
